Kristy-Lee Woodhouse, affectionately known as KL, brings over a decade of experience and deep passion for health services to her role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. Growing up in rural NSW, and started her working carer in aged care, KL has had varying career roles ranging from disability support worker, Support Coordinator to NDIS planner, KL has demonstrated her ability to design individualised support strategies that empower her clients to live fulfilling lives. KL is finishing her Honours degree in Occupational Therapy (2025), further refining her expertise to create lasting positive change. Her goal is simple but profound: to empower every individual she works with to achieve their highest potential and lead the best quality of life.
