Rachael brings over a decade of experience in supporting individuals with complex behaviours across various human service sectors, including Disability, Allied Health, and Education. She now dedicates her efforts to delivering NDIS Behaviour Support services to participants of all ages. Rachael is committed to being accessible, authentic, and innovative in her approach. She understands the importance of collaborating with established support networks to achieve the best outcomes. With a particular focus and experience in supporting participants with sexualised behaviours and those residing in supported accommodation, Rachael is eager to work alongside both formal and informal supports to improve the well-being of those in need.
