Debbie has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, specialising in trauma and sexual abuse recovery across diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. Debbie was the founding Director of Treehouse Innovative Families, she lead a therapeutic residential program for children and young people affected by trauma, neglect, and abuse. Currently, Debbie focuses on supporting NDIS participants by completing behaviour support work and week-long therapeutic intensives with her clients as well as supervising a team of Core Practitioners, through The Therapeutic Collective.
